The appendices contain all relevant materials that could not be included in the text. These included the questionnaire, additional tables, cover letters and other such materials in the conduct of the study.
Endnotes are more commonly used in term papers than in theses or disseratations, where footnotes have been tradionally preferred and where parenthetical references are now commonly recommended. Endnotes are numbered consecutively within the text, using superscript Arabic numerals that refer to notes placed in the reference matter of the paper in a section with the generic heading NOTES. In papers using parenthetical references and reference lists, endnotes take the form of content notes, which may include parenthetical references.
The bibliography or reference list is the last part of the paper (except in those instances where a paper carries an index, as does a book).

“Know where to find the information and know how to use it; that's the secret to success”-- Albert Einstein

Kate L. Turabian’s Manual for Writers of Research Papers, Theses, and Dissertations presents two basic documentation systems, notes-bibliography style (or simply bibliography style) and parenthetical citations–reference list style (or reference list style). These styles are essentially the same as those presented in The Chicago Manual of Style, 15th edition, with slight modifications for the needs of student writers.
